What is your shipping policy?

Items will be shipped by Canada Post. Free shipping within Canada. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your shipping time will depend on the method chosen. Some items will take 1-2 days, and some can take up to 2 weeks to arrive

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

HST will be calculated at checkout for anyone living and shopping within Canada

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Klarna

When will my items be delivered?

Most methods will ship out immediately. Delivery will depend on your location

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

REMOVABLE EXTENSIONS

If your color match isn’t perfect or you aren’t 100% satisfied with any REMOVABLE extensions, you can request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange on your REMOVABLE extensions, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The gold clasps must not be removed from the extensions. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If your purchase was made online you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PROFESSIONAL EXTENSIONS

Our professional extension methods are not available for exchange or refund. We recommend that you purchase a Sparkle Colour Ring in order to match your clients properly, so you are able to choose the correct colour for them.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We will do our best to accomodate any changes and or cancelations to your order, as long as the item has not shipped.

Do you do exchanges?

Yes, for removable extensions & products, as long as the original packaging is still in tact. The customer will be responsible for paying any shipping charges associated with returning and reshipping the item.
